Membership at Imperial Yacht Club runs from 1 May to 30 April each year and is renewed automatically unless notice of resignation is provided on or before 1 July.
As part of the membership, all members purchase a tag to gain entrance via the front gates and those with boats will purchase a key to access the boat park and spar shed.
The cost of key is an annual fee and the tags are once off.
Please note: If you are already a member of a SAS and pay the SAS membership via another club, please indicate on your application form and IYC will adjust the fee accordingly.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT) of your subs:
Please send the EFT receipt to accounts@imperialyachtclub.co.za and use the the Main members name as reference “Name, Surname – Subs“. Banking details will be on the invoice.

Voluntary donation:
The Imperial Yacht Club Development Fund is a fund administered by the IYC committee to assist sailors from a disadvantaged backgrounds to learn to sail, further sailing training and to take part in sailing regattas. Non-financial donations (wetsuits, life jackets, sails, boats, spare’s, etc) are also most welcome.
